Based in Brooklyn, New York, the company purchases, renovates, and then resells or leases properties. Prior to returning units to the market, S & Z Capital & Development's team upgrades buildings to achieve high standards of city living elegance and luxury. The Partners maintain an in-house construction team to enable rapid renovations and updates. Relying on these resources allows S & Z Capital & Development to turn properties profitable faster than if the firm hired outside contractors.
S & Z Capital & Development’s owners possess more than 30 years of combined experience in the real estate industry. Previously, Zeev Sandman spent 14 years as a top producing Real Estate Agent. Before moving to New York, he earned an urban planning degree from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in Be'er Sheva, Israel. Now a developer, Mr. Sandman uses his expertise to maximize the growth potential of S & Z Capital & Development's investment properties.
Previously a top-performing Real Estate Broker and REO specialist, S & Z Capital & Development’s Solomon Steinlauf offers more than 17 years of experience. Intimately familiar with New York's neighborhoods, Solomon Steinlauf knows what each location has to offer and how those qualities can add or detract from potential development projects. Mr. Steinlauf participates in The Brooklyn Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. He is a member of the Brooklyn Multiple Listing Service. |
